Quiche

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt & ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Saute mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil
  • Placed diced ham in pie shell
  • Add sautéed mushrooms
  • In a large bowl mix eggs
  • Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie shell
  • Sprinkle with Swiss cheese
  • Bake at 350 for 60 minutes, until crust is golden brown
  • Let cool and enjoy!
